This is a photograph of the Co-op second floor. Originally a ballroom to be hired out for dances, it was used as a cinema for the local children for a time after the Palace Cinema closed. Latterly it was used as a cafe and Antiques Fair. Berry Lane would be to the left of the camera, with Barclay Road behind the camera. The left hand door leads to the Small Hall and the right hand door leads to the main stairs.
